1. Cash flow for your business. What the corporate companies do, and what you should be implementing as a smaller business.
2. The value of your business (how to calculate this)
3. Understanding your balance sheet
4. Why you shouldn't necessarily chase sales (or revenue) but rather the profitability of a sale or your business.

5. How to fortify your business and how to build an emergency fund.
Ronel Jooste is an expert in her craft. If you have an SMME and want to scale, enrol for her course or set up coaching sessions with her, so that you can take control of your finances. You will be a little convicted to start budgeting better and be inspired to analyze your finances much more-and see what you can learn about things like customer services, and what elements are really working in your business -by delving into your cash flow management and financial management.
